TERMS

Our terms are strictly as follows; all watches sold are equipped with a 3-day inspection period. If you decide to return your purchase, please contact us immediately and then return the watch after our consent in the EXACT SAME CONDITION AS received (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs). A full refund will be sent (minus return shipping) within 5 business days’ time after the watch has been received and fully inspected TO ensure no parts have been altered or damaged in any way. We will not issue a refund beyond the 3-day inspection period. Your 3-day inspection period starts from the date of the delivery. All returns MUST be sent via the same shipping method AS the watch was received with and paid for and fully insured by the buyer. New in Box (NIB, BNIB) watches must NOT have been worn, sized, or any of the manufactures protective plastics removed to receive a full refund within the confines of the 3-day inspection period. Payments are to be made via Credit Card at checkout or Bank Wire transfer only. Buyers are responsible for any Bank Wire transfer fees. No items shall be sent prior to the receipt of cleared funds. 

All shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight and fully insured by our 3rd party insurance CARRIER. In THE EVENT OF LOSS OR THEFT, a refund will be issued upon the approval of the claim by our 3rd party insurance CARRIER. International Buyers (Please Read): Buyers are fully responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. No exceptions. 

Iconic Watch company does not offer any guarantee on movement accuracy, or water resistance, as these are vintage watches. All watches are guaranteed to be 100% authentic unless otherwise stated in the description. Iconic Watch Company is not an Authorized Dealer for any of the brands we carry.
